General Rates

FLEXIBLE FEE SCHEDULE

In recognition of the current economic climate and the continuing need for professional services, I am willing to flex (reduce) my customary fees to accommodate your personal financial situation.  We will discuss any special circumstances or possible alternative payment arrangements, during our first telephone talk.

CUSTOMARY CHARGES

• $150.00 - $225.00 First consultation evaluation/assessment session 60-120 minutes)
• $125.00 - $150.00 Follow-up individual or couple therapy sessions (60-90 minutes)
  

INSURANCE POLICY

I do not submit billing or accept any direct payment for my professional services from health insurance providers or employee benefit plans.  Sex therapy is not a covered insurance benefit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not appear for any scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
